Subject	7lbs on safety boost, 12lbs my car

Message	I have an Hks evc-s hooked up, no boost jets, all breather mods, 2.5" split dp's. When the controller is off it hits 12lbs instead of 7lbs. What could be the issue. I've been told it might be the downpipes them selves holding the valves from opening.
